from giving tuitions to class 10 students , right after my board exams to date. It's a story of focus and hard work.

Question 5.The transition from an individual contributor to a leadership role must have required specific skills, what skills do you think are critical for teachers for such transition? Were there any challenges as well, If yes then how did you overcome those challenges?
Attitude to accept 'i know know' , a mind that say 'learn more' , learning to not manage people 'but genuinely care for them' being open to feedback and suggestions don't fear to lose your chair

Don't become one, if this is a compromise for the sake of ' Managing Family and Being a working women.

Be a people's person - they do not leave organisations , they leave their leaders,

Question 9. How would you develop an inclusive environment in your school?
The problem is that we look for inclusive environment IN SCHOOL , and not inside the classroom , and we look for Special educators. the solution is in equipping every regular teacher in managing a class with different stars.

Question 10.As the position of a Principal requires intense time management, how do you organize your day to meet the plethora of requirements and commitments required as the School Principal?
everyone has 24 hours - its about how your identify your prioritising, delegating and multitasking

Pre Covid, i never liked technology , for the sole reason of no emotional connect with teachers but its not so now. not much challenge and i tried to learn before i wanted to teach my team to doo so we followed 'i do you see:; you do others see; technique

Question 12.Do you feel there are any gaps in the present education system? If so, how do you feel one can fill those gaps?
losing values in children is the only GAP. I don't want to talk about academic, as that can be recovered anytime but once the child's character development is lost i can not be recovered ever
