Well, a lot of teachers don’t focus on understanding what they are teaching for since they don’t have a strong belongingness towards their profession. They are rather just bound by the system which stops them from making a real difference in the life of their students. However, there are teachers who do go beyond their regular jobs and believe that just acquiring degrees don’t make them a good teacher but it’s their dedication towards students’ growth which really matters.
