RadheshyamIn a traditional teaching-learning environment, it is believed that students are the ones who receive all the learning whereas the teacher’s role is only to educate them. However, in reality it’s a mutual process which facilitates learning for both the teacher and students keeping them on the same track. Most educators experience this fact during their classes that a meaningful learning environment can only be created if teacher and student act as counterparts and have an equal participation in the learning process. The two-way approach not only enhances the involved teacher’s growth but also benefits other teachers at the same time. This also highlights the significance of appropriate planning and collaboration among teachers themselves. Such insights can be clearly observed in any contemporary classroom.
