Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily updating list of absenteeism & put to Principal Ma'am.
- Check Attendance registers for Admin, Other Staff and Housekeeping on daily basis & for Transport, Security and Teachers on Monthly basis.
- Maintaining daily attendance list of Admin, Academic, Other staff, Transport (Drivers & Helpers), Security staff and Housekeeping.
- Update Leaves in the excel sheet (Leave Index).
- Update leaves from registers A1, A2, A3, R1, R2, R3, admin, other staff, contractual & activity staff on Monthly basis.
- Update New joinees & left employees details in CATS (Biometric System).
- Appointment Letters of new joinees (Adhoc, Probation, Confirmation).
- ID's card Creation details to send to Admin dept.
- Update New Joinees details in LIBSYS. & also for staff promoted, resigned (date of resigning), contact details etc.
- File documents in the files.
