Urgent hiring of English Evaluator

Job Title : English Evaluator

Employment Type: Full-time (WFH)

Work Timings :
● Full-time : 12 PM to 9 PM

Working Days : 6 Days (1st & 3rd Sat will be off)

Key Responsibilities:
● Evaluation: Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions conducted by native teachers.
● Assessment: Assess teachers' adherence to predetermined rubrics and guidelines.

● Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to teachers.
● Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of evaluations and feedback. Demonstrate data driven approach.
● Consistency: Participate in regular training and calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluations.
● Clear understanding of Phonics.

Skills:
● Proven experience in teaching reading and pronunciation using phonics, with a strong understanding of phonics principles.
● Familiarity with US and UK phonics curriculum standards.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
● Ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback to educators.
● Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital evaluation tools and platforms.

● Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
