ABC School, Guntur

Established in 1982 in Piduguralla, Guntur District (the well-known “Lime City” of Andhra Pradesh, India) ABC (E.M.) High School is an institution that has been serving the parent-student community of the Palnadu area for the last 40 years. The school campus is a sight to behold — spread over five acres of land, surrounded by coniferous trees and greenery, it offers the right environment for students to lend wings to their imagination and flourish in an ambience that symbolises abundance, growth, and constant learning. It is a matter of pride and prestige to note that ABC has been existent for almost four decades, standing at the summit of the educational sector despite unhealthy competition. This is because ABC is one among very few schools in India that caters to the “all-round development” of students — not just in the usage of the phrase, but also in its effective execution. ABC’s alumni — many of whom are employed both in India and abroad in various kinds of rewarding and meaningful jobs, and many others who have risen to become large-scale employers themselves — stand testament to this success. The reason behind this success can primarily be attributed to ABC not having branches or attached hostels, which allows the management and the staff to put their heart and soul into the effective day-to-day functioning of the school. In addition, the beautiful and congenial school campus, absolutely conducive for learning, equipped with latest and sophisticated methods of teaching is of course a boon to the students’ community.
